Agency Worker Regulations

The Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) was a new piece of legislation introduced in October 2011. This new legislation effect's both the Temporary worker and their Hirer so it's very important this new law is monitored and dealt with effectively.

Both Sole Traders and Limited Companies are excluded from AWR.
